During a decade in the United States, she founded and led Reaching U, a Foundation for Uruguay, and managed a showroom in New York. From 2020 to 2025, she served as Deputy Executive Director at Uruguay XXI, leading key initiatives for foreign investment attraction. She subsequently became Business Developer at the Uruguay Innovation Hub, a government program focused on promoting entrepreneurship, strengthening the innovation ecosystem, and attracting venture capital.
